At Angel Learning Center in Smarr, we are proud to offer a nurturing, educational, and safe environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Located along US Highway 41, our center serves families across the Forsyth community with high-quality childcare and early learning programs.
We believe every child deserves a strong start. That’s why we focus on individualized care, hands-on learning, and a curriculum that supports cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. Our dedicated teachers create a welcoming space that feels like a second home, where curiosity is encouraged and confidence is built daily.
As part of the Angel Learning Center family, which has served Georgia families since 2015, our Smarr location is committed to upholding the highest standards in early education. We provide live camera access for parents, maintain low student-to-teacher ratios, and offer programs that meet the unique needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.

Our Facility Director
Emily Meadows
Emily Meadows is the Director of Angel Learning Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in music education and a Master’s degree in Divinity and Christian Education. With 14 years of experience as a childcare director, Emily is passionate about creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
In addition to her role at Angel Learning Center, Emily served as a Technical Assistance Coordinator with Bright from the Start through Augusta University. She previously spent eight years supporting early childhood programs through Quality Rated, helping childcare centers achieve and maintain high standards of excellence.
Emily is excited to lead Angel Learning Center and is committed to fostering a positive, enriching environment for children, families, and staff.
Outside of work, Emily has been married for nearly 20 years and is the proud mother of two sons, Noah and Elijah. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Angel Learning Center community and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with the families she meets.
