At Angel Learning Center in Smarr, we are proud to offer a nurturing, educational, and safe environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Located along US Highway 41, our center serves families across the Forsyth community with high-quality childcare and early learning programs.
We believe every child deserves a strong start. That’s why we focus on individualized care, hands-on learning, and a curriculum that supports cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. Our dedicated teachers create a welcoming space that feels like a second home, where curiosity is encouraged and confidence is built daily.
As part of the Angel Learning Center family, which has served Georgia families since 2015, our Smarr location is committed to upholding the highest standards in early education. We provide live camera access for parents, maintain low student-to-teacher ratios, and offer programs that meet the unique needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.

Our Facility Director
Harley Henry
Harley Henry is the Preschool Director at Angel Learning Center’s Smarr location. Early childhood education has been her passion for many years, and we’re excited for her to bring her experience, education, and heart for children to this community.
Her journey in early childhood leadership began at a young age. Georgia does not permit directors to serve in that capacity under the age of 21; however, through extensive training, education, and experience, Harley was approved to serve as a director at 18. For the past four years, she has worked as a traveling contracted preschool director, supporting programs in leadership, operations, staff development, and quality improvement.
Alongside Harley’s work in early childhood education, she has continued working in behavior therapy. She is also currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Education and is a licensed Autism Child Therapist. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
